How to make this scab heal faster?

It's a scab on my nose, and it came from picking at my acne *wince* yeah I know I was stupid :P The scab is kinda weird though, it is not exactly a hard dry scab, it's actually really close to the skin and kind of squishy. The wound itself is a skin wound, just a few too many layers of skin peeled off by mistake. So any suggestions to make the scab heal faster? It's really annoying and I have a big event to go to soon (4 days).
