Something is wrong with my big toe nail....freaking out?

Ok for the last maybe 3 weeks to a month it seems like it started out as an ingrown toe nail on my right big toe. Well it now seems to be lifting in the right corner like its going to fall off maybe. Theres been a little bit of puss not much at all. So i havent bothered it for like 2 weeks and tonight i took tweezers to see if it was healing and i pulled out some rice grained size thing. It was kinda squishy? the best way i can describe it is it looked like a segment of a tapeworm....of course thats not what it was i just dont know how else to describe it. Then my toe started to bleed. I dont know what in the world is going on but im freaking out and dont know whats going on. If anyone has any info please let me know. And no smart remarks this is serious. Thank you.
