Has anyone had breathrough bleeding on Seasonique?

I've been taking it for almost three months, and I've had breakthrough bleeding every month. Sometimes it's like a regular period, other times it's just light brown discharge for a day or so. Should this go away soon, or could it be that Seasonique isn't right for me? I'm going to call my Dr. Monday, but I would like to know other women's experience.
