Christians when you read Matthew 7:22-29 how do you know that Jesus isn't talking to you?

When He says "I never knew you", He is NOT talking to believers! If you are a believer, He knows you. He is talking to people who do not have the Holy Spirit but only have a 'head' knowledge of Jesus and acts on what they 'think' and not what they 'believe'. People who just have an intellectual "belief" in Jesus and not a heart belief can change their 'mind' and often think they were Christians who decided not to be Christian any longer. Anyone can do anything and claim it is Jesus' name without it being the truth. Jesus says 'my sheep hear my voice'. He knows and we know that we are His. Some people also are trusting partly in their own works and this is like building your house on the sand. We must trust Jesus alone for our salvation.
