Acer 5532 laptop won't turn on..?

I've had my acer 5532 laptop for 5 months and only a couple days ago it decided to not work , it will turn on but all that comes up is acer empowering people and at the bottom it says press go to setupbut even when I click that nothing happens, it doesn't even go to the bit where I type in my pword! /:
