Has anyone here heard of this website? Is it a scam?

I just registered to a website called Fullreleases.com. According to the website you pay 29.95 and you get all of their products free for a life time. I still have not paid yet, I don't know if I should or not. I just REALLY need an authorization code for CS2. I already have a serial number and an activation code but for some reason when I called to register it said it was invalid. Please help!!
