Would you go out with a guy who sent you a picture?

I did nothing to provoke him being nasty like this. We barely started emailing/talking to each other & he sent me a picture of himself from 10 years ago. He seems otherwise very nice, articulate & funny. We connected through the Internet. He also said something nasty--"I love to please a woman & I'm getting a yearning to perform . I really love doing that." Seriously, he seems super nice. We really click. BUT, I know it sounds crazy for me to even consider going out with him. What type of guy would do this? Would you go out with him and meet at a public place to be safe? Thanks.
