Is denying Scott Boras the right to be in on negotiations with Arod within League rules? What can Boras do?

Do you really think that Boras has nothing to do with this? Gee, could it be a tactic to drive up offers from other teams? Oh shoot! The Yankees are back in, so we better really pony up now if we want the great Arod! Give me a break. I'm not buying any of this, because nothing in the history of Arod or Boras suggests that they will settle for anything less than top dollar.
