What to do when I have been completely and totally ripped off by a jeans store?

I bought a pair of blue jeans at a store called Diesel the other day. Today I was going to wear them for the first time, but low and behold there is a tiny tear on the thigh of the right leg. Now hold on to your socks ladies and gentlemen, I am about to tell you the price I paid. Two hundred and Seventy dollars!!!!! WTF!!! For that price, you'd think there would be better quality control than this. Unbelievable!!
