What do you ask at Starbucks if you want the old strawberry frappuccino blend?

I went to Starbucks a couple of weeks ago and ordered a strawberries and cream frappuccino, expecting it to be the normal good ol' frappuccino I always drink. But it wasn't. It was like milk, ice and no sugar. It was disgusting. I emailed Starbucks and asked what was going on and they said that the recipe changed because of this new "customize your own frappuccino" thing they have. They also said that I have to tell them how I want to the frappuccino to taste like. Like how many shots of strawberry I want and so on. So I'm wondering if anyone knows what I ask for (how many shots of strawberry, how sweet and so on) if I want the old strawberries and cream frappuccino recipe? Also, does anyone know if you have to pay extra for these additives? Thanks.
