Tucson has such an epidemic of Child Abuse that they have a “Homeless Teen” PSA yet they focus on SPARKLERS?

Nope. I'm right there with you. There are worse things in life than having or using sparklers - child abuse being among them. Same thing here in the Chicago burbs - stories abound about all kinds of things but what do the politicians and police focus on? Inane stuff. Things that don't amount to a hill of beans. I don't know what is going on but it sure is a head-scratcher.
