Should school bullying be a crime? Are the current bullying actions breaking any laws?

It would be very difficult to monitor bullying, however with the cooperation of teachers a students action can be taken. Bullying is a crime it can be cled as ault, just because it's generally acted upon by under-age kids doesn't make the ault legal. Clearly past incidents of bullying proves that the harm it has on children is severe, child suicide due to bullying has dramatically increased in past years, and clearly schools are not taking bullying seriously! Countless instances of children claiming teachers have done nothing to stop bullying. Cyber, physical or another form of bullying IS harment regardless of institution, age or severity all forms of bullying are in fact totally illegal and should be punishable by law!
