go a plantar wart o my foot had it for about a month went to the beach yesterday and sand got in it and it is swollen and hurts really badly its quite flat and has went greyish is it infected i have started useing the medicine my doctor gave me which has 12% salliyllic acid in it what should i do hurts like crazy ?
