Jose Mourinho failing miserably at Laliga ?

I think that he has failed, but at the same time he is doing ok, after all madrid is still in second place. There were higher expectations from him, after winning the champions, and some other cups, with Inter and Chelsea. However, madrid has no chemistry, and to make matters worse, barcelona is having a stupendous season with who I personally think is the best coach, Pep Guardiola!
