My name is Elgin, and I think it's adorable. People call me Elle, Ellin, Elly, Ginny, Gin, Ginger, and I love it. Is it your type of name, or do you not like it as much? It's a traditional Greek word that is the name of a type of stone used to build statues and monuments, I'm pretty sure it was used to build a statue of Athena once. (pronounced Elle-gin).
